The factory is located in Jiangmen, near Guangzhou. The factory specializes in cookware made from high-end materials. The coating facility covers a wide range of non-stick and dish-washer coatings. The production process is environmental friendly and the equipment is state of the art current technology. Anotech International has a yearly capacity of about 15 million pieces. The manufacturing area covers 330,000 sq.m. and the production halls cover 130,000 sq.m. On the employee level we have 66 people in the Engineering & R&D department. The QC/QA department consists of 63 people. The factory embodies 1200 workers. Machinery wise the plant holds several forging machines up to 3800Ton, 2 computerized hard anodized lines, automatic polishing machines, grinding machines, 1 impact bonding machine at 2500T, 3 impact bonding machines 1600T and 1 impact bonding machine 1000T. The 4 coating lines are computerized. We have 12 assembly lines, including CNC base trimming machines.
