Double H Collection Hard Anodized aluminium. In-and outside Hard Anodized, of which the inside layer is protected with a non stick surface. The Hard Anodization process alters & hardens the structure of the cookware surface, making it incredibly abrasion resistant. It combines the best attributes of a very hard surface treatment with the quick-even heat transfer of aluminium. The process seals the aluminium preventing any direct contact between the core & food. Hard Anodized Cookware allows heat to spread quickly & evenly across the bottom & up the sides of the pot making it one of the best cooking surfaces available. The anodized layers are protected with a non stick coating inside and an exclusive German dishwasher safe coating outside. Anotech International also engineered a method to make the Hard Anodized material suitable for induction.

SS ³ Collection Stainless steel 3 ply. Advantages of stainless steel combined with heat conductivity of aluminium. Stainless steel material is known as easy to clean and to maintain and is dishwasher safe. In addition, it is scratching, denting and warping resistant. Because it's a carefully crafted alloy, it resists corrosion, rust, and (naturally) staining and is non-reactive to food. The major disadvantage of stainless steel is the poor heat conduction. Cookware made of Tri-ply steel eliminates the disadvantages of pure stainless steel. The 3 layer system is build up as a thick aluminium layer covering wall and base, preserved by stainless steel inside and out. The aluminium core maximizes the cooking surface by extending up the sides for even cooking and heat retention. The thickness of the aluminium is a very important parameter, because this defines the functionality of your cookware. Multi-ply cookware delivers superior all-around performance. Anotech International also produces the SS ³ Induc, which makes it suitable for induction.

Solid Stainless steel Collection An alloy of iron, chromium and nickel. Cookware-grade stainless steel has 18 percent chromium and either 0, 8, or 10 percent nickel, better knows as 18/0, 18/8 or 18/10, of which the 18/0 is suitable for induction. Because it's smooth, stainless steel is easy to clean and maintain and is dishwasher safe. In addition, stainless steel cookware is hard; resists scratching, denting, and warping; and, depending on thickness, is extremely durable. Desired due to its strength and resistance to corrosion. However, it's a relatively poor conductor, hence we provide the cookware with impact bonded aluminium or copper base (sandwich or encapsulated).

Solid Aluminium Collection A material with a lot of different options. Available in several thicknesses and available with different finish. High temperature paint outside, non stick surface inside is one option, but also bare aluminum is still desired for professional kitchens. Aluminium cookware is light; easy to handle, durable and conducts heat perfectly. With proper care, aluminium cookware can last a lifetime. Exposed aluminium surfaces will not rust, but they can be scratched by sharp tools. They should therefore be cleaned with non-abrasive pads and cleaners and be allowed to cool before washing. Acid or salty residues should also be washed off soon after cooking in order to preserve the appearance of aluminium cookware.
